While it is true that our genes play an important role in how we age and our predisposition to most age related conditions, science is finding out more and more, how our diets and lifestyles can play an even greater role in how those genes are expressed, how we fight off disease, and how well we age.
Join Dr Marvin as he takes us through a fascinating scientific study on how we can now deliberately enhance the expression of “good” genes and curtail the expression of “bad” genes.

Detoxification is one of the newest buzz words. What is the difference between “Active” and “Passive” Detox? What are the different detox methods? Which ones are safest? Most effective? How do I incorporate this into my busy life style? How long do I need to personally detoxify my body?
What is your “body burden” of toxins? Is this concern about toxins just a made up problem to be alarming and sell detox products?
No. Anyone with eyes to see and ears to hear will be astounded by the amount of credible research about our toxic exposures.
This webinar is designed to provide you with a background of research before the May 17th Webinar that I am doing with Dr. Tracy Holdford on how these toxins are affecting our health.
Detoxification is the first Step on your Journey to Optimal Health. Once you have cleared out your body burden of those things that should have never been there, then every good thing you do:
healthy food, nutritional supplements, even your medications…will work better for you.
Detoxification is the missing link in your health regimen.
HOW TO DETOXIFY YOUR BODY SAFELY AND EFFECTIVELY?
Tracy Holdford, a leading expert on Clinoptilolite, and other zeolites, and Vicki Latham, P.A.-C., will answer this question and more…

January 10th, 2012Summary of Presentation:
Taking care of your mouth is essential to oral health and preventing many diseases in
the body. If you normally just brush your teeth in the morning, you need to add
brushing at night or else your gums will only stay clean for an hour at most. By
brushing your teeth once in the morning and once at night with flossing, your
teeth will be clean for seven to eight hours each day, which is a vast
improvement. Next, protect your bite from added pressure by replacing any
missing tooth you may have. Finally, avoid silver fillings because the mercury
in them is toxic for your body, and the silver metal breaks down the rest of
your teeth. It is far better to have composite or porcelain fillings or to have
no cavities by taking care of your oral health.
Summary of Presentation:
When caring for your body, one area of particular importance is the mouth. Your gums are
the most essential aspect of oral health because healthy gums will prevent many
problems. Like building a house, they are the foundation of either a strong or
crumbling structure. Secondly, your bite must be straight to provide stability
for your mouth. Lastly, you should care for your teeth themselves to prevent
cavities and avoid silver fillings.
Summary of Presentation:
In order to improve your brain’s health, you can follow eight simple steps. The first four
have to do with giving your brain the rest that it needs through smiling,
yawning, relaxing, and meditating. These exercises will release happiness
circuits into your brain and also will help you be calm and serene. The next
four relate to actions stimulating brain health, including aerobic exercise,
eating well, intense social interactions, and being optimistic about life. These
activities and relaxation exercises will literally add years to your life by
keeping your brain healthy and strong.
Summary of Presentation:
Life is terminal, and caring for your body as it ages can be a difficult task. A report by Associated Press revealed that most end of life care is deficient and causes more harm than good. In her book, Spirit Matters: How to remain fully alive with a life-limiting illness, Judy Flickinger shares insights about how to keep your spirit alive even if your physical health is strained. In order to care for your loved ones and yourself while aging, you must equip yourself with knowledge of these important areas.
