We make a great error to regard man as merely a duality—mind and body. Man is a trinity,—soul, mind, and body, each with its own functions,—and it is the right coordinating of these that makes the truly efficient and eventually the perfect life. Anything less is always one-sided and we may say, continually out of gear. It is essential to a correct understanding, and therefore for any adequate use of the potential powers and forces of the inner life, to realize this.

~ Ralph Waldo Trine

 Happy New Year!

I hope 2014 is treating you well, and that you are staying true to your resolutions, and are full of hope and expectations for good things this year.

In my end of year message (if you haven’t read it you can here), we expressed my gratitude to you for your support and patronage through the years and gave a few examples of the difference what we do has made in the lives of people all over the world.

Now, a lot of this has come through our displaying breakthrough technologies by scientists and companies in the fields of natural/alternative health. And that isn’t surprising, because anyone who has been following us for any length of time will know that we are very very big on natural supplementation, and on natural ways of healing and regaining health. But if you stopped there, you would be seeing only a part of the picture.

For us, it has never been just about healing; it has always ALWAYS been about the human being, specifically the human spirit, mind and body, and what these can achieve, given the right conditions.

So, as you write out your health resolutions, remember that you dwell in a beautiful, marvelous body/machine, one capable of marvelous feats, and that all that’s needed is for you to take proper care of it, give it what it needs, and push it to perform…and then watch what happens when you do.

Here are a few thoughts I would like to leave with you about maintaining, regaining and improving your health.

  1. Remember that your body is composed of many systems, all working together in harmony. You need supplements that provide overall general health. An antioxidant should be your starting point.
  2. If you’re facing a challenge in any particular organ or system, think through these three points:

(a)     Structure: What are the building blocks that make up that organ, and how can I supply it with those building blocks? For instance, 60% of the dry weight of your brain is made up of fatty acids. Omega 3 fatty acids supplementation are therefore a must. View video entitled: The Human Brain, Your Master Control System here)

(b)     Function: What can help this organ/system work better? Among other things, your brain needs ample amounts of B12 and vitamin D3 to function well. Read this article

(c)     Defense/Detoxification: How can I protect this body part or even rid it of toxins? Our brains are especially susceptible to chemical and heavy metal toxicity. Zeolites can do a marvelous job of removing those toxins, giving your brain the freedom to work properly. This is particularly of benefit to autistics, who for some reason have high levels of heavy metals in their blood.  View video here.

Just as a reminder, throughout the year, we will be seeking contributions from you; articles, videos, audios about things in health and life that you think would be of benefit to others. We now have the technology in place for you to automatically upload content.

Remember, we’re here for you!

Bless you, and have a wonderful 2014
