Award-winning book author, State certified Trainer of Trainers and mother of three, two of whom have disabilities, Linda Lee Ratto, speaks at universities, medical centers and businesses across the globe on how to work and live well with change. From work force layoffs and doubling your job responsibilities to illnesses or traumatic life events – all affecting your health, this webinar inspires participants to shift just a little and feel better. Linda’s books, 15 to date both non-fiction and fiction, address change from a variety of perspectives:
- Leader and teacher
- Parent and grandparent
- Caregivers/Professionals working with youth
- Child’s and siblings’ POV
Highly practical ways to live well through anything life throws your way, this webinar is built on the 1960’s groundbreaking work of Elisabeth Kubler-Ross, MD, the Stages of Grief. Linda illustrates a unique way to look at what we all experience, adding a sixth phase: Hope. She weaves-in additional specialists’ works: Barbara Marx Hubbard (Conscious Evolution), Peter Senge (Leader/Education expert, The Fifth Discipline), and Bernie Siegel, MD (Love, Medicine & Miracles), building strength yet offering just the beginning of a fresh way to look at the natural reactions and emotions we face when life changes.
