If you are a caregiver, it can be hard to balance meeting personal needs those of your loved ones. Caregiver stress is brought about by emotional and physical strain of constant responsibilities. These duties can include transportation, shopping, giving medication, and other jobs of care giving. Some symptoms can be physical illness, emotional anxiety, or mental exhaustion. Take time to exercise, eat a nutritious diet, relax, and give yourself a break by taking time to do things you enjoy. Also remember that it is okay to ask for help and admit to yourself when you need a break. Your health is a primary concern so that your loved ones can be cared for in the best possible way.
