A 10% loss in body fluids can lead to confusion…but a 20% loss can lead to death. Why are we surrounded by water and yet dying of thirst? We’ll discuss water’s function in the body, define dehydration, look at symptoms and causes of dehydration and discover sources, beyond drinking water, for hydration. If you are not drinking half of your body weight in water daily, you’ll want to add these foods to your diet.
