Contact Information:

If you suffer from memory loss, it is important to get a diagnosis to rule out treatable symptoms such as vitamin deficiency, depression, or stress. Educate yourself on what dementia is to see if it coincides with your symptoms and go to your physician to get a diagnosis. Provide a thorough medical history of yourself and close family members. When getting tested, be mindful of various factors that can affect your score, such as anxiety, education level, whether you are a visual or auditory learner, your physical health, the time of day, and medication side effects you may be having. You should take the test several times before your doctor determines if you have dementia.
