If you spend a lot of time in front of the computer, your eyes and muscles can easily become tired. It is important to give your eye muscles a break by relaxing and massaging them. Some simple exercises include rubbing around the eyes, temples, and jaw, and to stretch your arm muscles. Take just a few minutes to practice these movements in order to prevent headaches, migraines, and improve your energy level while working.
