Loss is a part of everyone’s life – loss of a job, a home to foreclosure, divorce, or the death of a loved one. Grief is the normal natural reaction to a loss of any kind. Grief affects us physically, emotionally, cognitively, spiritually, and in every other way.

The good news is, it is possible to learn to live again and live fully after a significant loss.

Dr. Ruff, through her bereavement education and personal experience aims to bring hope and encouragement to those who are reeling from the death of a loved one – especially if that loved one is a precious child.

In this webinar she will:

  • Describe the social, emotional, and physical manifestations of grief
  • Differentiate between the myths and truths connected to grieving
  • Describe strategies for self-care and caring for others while grieving
  • Discuss strategies for coping with special times, including holidays
