Developing muscle mass is a critical part of a healthy lifestyle because it is directly related to longevity and energy.

People who live to “a ripe old age” are highly muscular so that their bodies can support them.

Once you reach age 30, it becomes increasingly importance to strength train in order to maximize your health. Remember, it is never too late to develop and maintain strong muscle mass.
